Create3D Smart Symbols
Our custom software allows SMS the ability to turn "regular" 3D models into "smart" 3D symbols. Smart symbols hold intelligence relating to capacity, investment and operating costs. Smart symbols also communicate with the SMS calculator to provide intelligent information at the machine/operator level all the way up to facility level. Once smart symbols are embedded with the built-in intelligence users can quickly analyze the impact of adding new machines to the plant floor.

Create3D Financial Calculator
Our financial calculator connects to every smart symbol in the layout and combines the intelligence into a single visual controller. The calculator is able to measure the data in the symbols to provide results for net capacity, investment and operating costs. The capacity, investment, and operating costs are then analyzed to provide a Cost Per Unit (CPU).

Our smart ergonomic operator uses NIOSH standards to calculate the force on the lower back and joints to help discover and eliminate potentially dangerous movements and postures. Adjusting metrics such as gender, height, and weight can aid in analyzing the operator's process using any number of different body types.
